Yay Erin! </p><p>I made a skirt for Brian this week. But I did NOT brave the cold outdoors, broiling worked out alright.  I was basing it on an Alton Brown recipe and he called the broiler an upside down grill, so I went with that. It was the first time I tried it as he likes fattier cuts, he is a ribeye man. And he had to get past the economically priced cut of meat.
